Individual Work

Individual work may include weekly phone calls, emails, and assignments designed to support goals you set using creative expression. Sessions are done remotely via phone or uber-conference and can take place from any location at our mutual convenience.

For those seeking more help for more specific issues, personalized programs to improve sleep, manage chronic pain, or process anxiety blending clinical and creative tools are available.

Individual service packages vary to suit personal preferences but will typically include:

  • four 60-minute calls per month,
  • direct access to me with ongoing support via text, e-mail, and phone,
  • resources to assist you with assignments or challenges.

Restorative Sleep

Sleep is essential to health and often eludes the busy creative mind.  This 10 week program will provide you with an opportunity to assess your specific sleep issues, learn about  sleep hygiene, and engage in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for insomnia along with closely related issues such as anxiety and depression.  

An important part of this work is collaborative with you to employ your strengths to  start building a new approach to sleep which will support a healthier approach to all aspects of your life.  CBT is a structured program that helps you identify and replace thoughts and behaviors that disrupt sleep with habits that promote restorative sleep.  

Weekly sessions will range from 60 – 90 minutes beginning with an evaluation of your sleep habits, identifying issues, and working on these issues to develop tools for sleep.  Participants have on-going access to me to address needs as they arise.

Monthly Membership Group

Hope is essential to living your best life.  This monthly membership group provides an opportunity to learn how to tap into inner resources to develop the habits and thoughts that will enhance your creative life.  Each month will include:

  • a members-only email introducing the month’s theme and projects
  • Live classes and calls to promote sharing and community
  • Direct, ongoing access to me for processing and support

The monthly membership fee is $27.00
